What will I be doing?
As the Senior HR Advisor withinSCA, you'll leverage your strong generalist experience to support in all HR areas.A key element of this role involves close collaboration with our operational teams across the organisation providing an opportunity to visit our services to experience the fantastic work we're doing firsthand.

We're a collaborative and supportive team, so we're looking for someone who not only works well with others, but also brings a flexible "all hands on deck" approach to stepping in and supporting, whenever andwherever needed.
What will I need?
This opportunity will suit a competent, organised HR professional with the following experience:
* Have relevant experience, ideally within the health and social care and/or charitable sectors.
* Be level 5 CIPD qualified.
* Up to date knowledge of employment law and statutory legislation.
* Experience of employee relations and conflict management.
* Managing and delivering HR projects
* Devising anddelivering HR training to managers.
* Experience of supporting a TUPE process would also be desirable.
* Experience of recruitment within a challenging sector desirable to support our recruitment officer, as and when required.

* A salary of circa £29,000, dependent upon experience, based on 30 hours per week.
