Office Manager-Part time-temp £17.94ph-£20.51ph ASAP Start-20 hours per week Soho Monday-Friday-office based A UK based construction firm require a part time Office Manager to join their small London office on a temp basis to start ASAP. This role could go perm for the right candidate. The role: Booking of team member accommodation and travel requests/national Supporting with Events Processing of invoices with accounts Ordering office supplies for London and regional office Booking of meeting rooms for London/regional Arranging company events Supporting on boarding of new team members Support in facilitating internal meetings Point of contact for all team members Receiving and sending post, parcels and couriers IT set up for new starters Support for showroom meetings such as welcoming and going over procedural elements Deal with any in-house catering requirements: order, receive delivery, and place in meeting room The ideal candidate will have: Previous office management experience- essential Energetic, self-starter and proactive Strong organisational skills Advanced MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Flexible approach and enjoy working in a fast paced office environment If you are available immediately and have previous experience as an office manager looking for part time please send your CV forward ASAP.
