No day will be the same You will cover a region of homes each with their own personalities and areas for improvement, as a Quality Manager your role will be to undertake a full evaluation of the home, identify areas for improvement and implement a strategy to move forward improvements. What are we looking for? • Experienced Home Manager or previous experience in a Quality focussed role. • Clinical background (RGN & active pin) with a strong clinical knowledge base would be preferable but not essential • Ability to communicate at all levels; gets the message across in the right way, to the right audience. • Possesses, understands and can demonstrate the need for strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills • A leader who can demonstrate positively the need for change; does so in a way that takes people with them and gets buy in • Experienced in leading audits, creating action plans with demonstrable experience of analysing, evaluating, and making recommendations for improvement • Shares their knowledge and expertise for the greater good through coaching, workshops etc.
