About the Role:
As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will design, implement, and maintain a QMS that supports business growth and compliance. You'll lead internal and external audits, manage quality investigations, and train staff to uphold best practices. Working cross-functionally, you'll drive continuous improvement and be the go-to expert for all quality matters.
Responsibilities:
Develop & maintain the Quality Assurance Management System (QAMS)
Ensure compliance with ISO standards, regulations, and business needs
Lead internal audits & manage external regulatory audits
Oversee corrective & preventive actions (CAPA), root cause analysis & investigations
Train staff on quality systems, processes, and best practices
Monitor and analyse quality data, trends, and risk assessments
Work closely with teams to improve processes and drive efficiency
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Quality, Engineering, Regulatory, Business, or Electronics
3+ years' experience in Quality & Regulatory Compliance
Strong ISO standards knowledge and experience building & managing QMS
