Known for delivering top-tier gas and electrical safety inspections and boiler installation services across the UK, the company has earned a reputation for quality and reliability. This is a fantastic opportunity for an out-going enthusiastic person to work in a small but pivotal team that manages some of the key client’s work flow. The main focus of this job role is to maintain a bespoke data-base, assist in the scheduling of work, answer client telephone calls and email enquiries and up-selling of products. Responsibilities: Answering client telephone calls and email enquiries. Updating the CRM and converting information into Excel Spreadsheets. Speaking to landlords and scheduling appointments for inspections etc. Upselling where possible. Checking timeframes of work already scheduled to ensure its within the correct timeframe for compliance. Monitoring the progress of cases. Uploading certificates to the CRM. Reacting to inbound calls. You will need to: Be computer literate and experienced working with Excel and database packages. Be highly organised and methodical with a keen eye for detail. Be a people person with a friendly manner. Be a team player who is happy to assist other team members and collaborate with operational departments. Customer services experience would be desirable. Remuneration and Benefits: Hours of Work: 9:00am – 5:30pm – 1 Hour unpaid lunch (flexibility required) Salary £22,800 Holidays: 20 days bank holidays rising to 22 days after 1 year’s employment Company Pension.
