Key Responsibilities: Deliver programmes and activities within the Corps and local community to support the successful delivery of mission Demonstrate both a professional and caring manner when interacting with programme participants to create a welcoming and supportive environment Fulfil any relevant administration processes to ensure that accurate records are maintained Contribute into the planning and review processes for the programmes and activities to ensure continuous improvement and development to meet the changing needs of the community The successful candidate(s) will have: The ability and willingness to show compassion and understanding to all programme participants Good experience of successfully delivering community programmes to a diverse range of participants A good level of English – both spoken and written - and numeracy required to enable you to fulfil all duties of the role In order to complete your application please download and read the job profile and any other attachments.
