Description Ensure accurate financial records through diligent bookkeeping. Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports. Support the finance team with invoice processing and payment runs. Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies. Help manage company ledgers and handle petty cash. Provide customer service regarding financial issues. Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed. Profile A successful Accounts Assistant should have: A solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles. Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Adept at working with spreadsheets and accounting software.
