About the role:
We are recruiting for a People and Change Lead to drive business transformation, along with the business acumen to expand client relationships and seize new opportunities, to lead impactful change and put your ideas to work in a highly visible role.
Overview of duties:
1. Strategic Influence and Growth: Partner closely with the Director of HR and Change to drive business growth, shape transformative change initiatives, and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
2. Hands-On Client Impact: Collaborate with clients to diagnose their unique challenges, then design and execute tailored solutions for organisational design, HR strategy, restructuring, and more.
3. Business Development Focus: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and play a pivotal role in growing our Organisational Change and HR Services line.
Person specification:
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
1. Commercial and Change Expertise: Proven experience in diagnosing organisational needs, managing end-to-end change projects, and delivering impactful HR solutions.
2. BD and Client-Centric Mindset: A natural relationship-builder with a keen eye for spotting new business opportunities and expanding client engagements.
3. Professional Services Experience: Ideally, experience in a solution-led, sales-driven environment where you’ve contributed to both client outcomes and revenue growth.
