As our Application Support Analyst, you will be an integral part of our team, reporting to the Applications Support Manager. Collaborating with our talented Business Analysts and Application Support Analysts, you will have the chance to work on exciting projects and support end users in a fast-paced and innovative environment. Based from our Ipswich office, with the added flexibility to work from home, you will have the freedom to unleash your creativity and contribute to process automation. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Claims Management platform, providing product support for both technical and non-technical issues. How you'll make an impact Interact with and support end users Provide product support for both technical and non-technical issues Contribute to QA and Test activities Create/adapt business process documentation Assist with implementing and managing change in the business Perform BAU activities for the maintenance of various components of the Claims Management platform Analyse, investigate, and resolve system and user issues Work closely with the core project team to understand and help roll out new functionality Deliver training programs in person or online Support and coach colleagues to enable cascade training Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and learning outcomes Prepare the learning environment and resources Design course materials and documents such as handouts, manuals, and exercises Assist in wider company projects and initiatives as required Gather requirements for new features and improvements to functionality in GB systems Perform any other duties as required to support the team function and company objectives About You Flexibility to work out of core hours to collaborate with the Global Platform Team Good attention to detail; ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in all outputs Awareness of and adherence to information security Ability to quickly change context and handle multiple issues or projects simultaneously Lead the team for training materials and presenting Ability to prioritize and organize own workload to ensure that deadlines are adhered to Ability to liaise with colleagues, both domestic and international Ability to work under pressure and without supervision Fantastic collaboration and communication skills Engage and negotiate with people, and develop and maintain effective relationships Travel to UK user locations will be required from time to time Advantageous to Have: Experience in customer service delivery within a technology environment, ideally Application Support Insurance/Claims Management software experience Ability to read and understand SQL Experience of process documentation (product skills, ProMapp desired) Previous training experience (within team or to a wider audience) Compensation and benefits On top of a competitive salary, great teams and exciting career opportunities, we also offer a wide range of benefits.
