An exciting opportunity awaits in Loughborough for a Social Worker within the Adult MASH. This ongoing role offers £33.20 per hour and promises a rewarding Full-Time experience where no day is the same. From supporting those in need to collaborating with other professionals, this role will require all your expertise and passion for social care.
What you will do:
* Conduct thorough assessments of adult service users and develop bespoke care plans.
* Collaborate closely with multi-agency partners to ensure cohesive support to service users.
* Offer information, advice, and advocacy to those requiring assistance.
* Undertake safeguarding investigations and respond promptly to any concerns.
* Keep accurate records and maintain confidentiality in line with legal and organisational policies.
* Assist in the development of community resources and services to support service users.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to service development.
This is a Full-Time position with shifts running from Monday to Friday 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM. With a desired start date of 26 May 2025, this three-month engagement welcomes an enthusiastic individual ready to make a difference.
