The Opportunity:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Event Coordinator to join a rapidly growing business in Coventry. Our client is a dynamic exhibition company operating in a lively but close-knit office environment. Their team works on exciting industry events, providing top-tier service to their clients. While previous experience in exhibitions or sales is a big plus, full training will be provided to help you succeed in the role.
Job Role:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
Assess and process client orders efficiently.
Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts to support marketing efforts.
Job Requirements:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organisational and prioritization skills.
* Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.
Prior experience in exhibitions or sales is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided.
