Job Overview:
Cards Direct Retail Ltd is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Lead to support the Store Manager in maintaining the highest possible standards of sales, customer service, and team performance.
In this role, you will deputise for the Store Manager in their absence, ensuring seamless store operations and maximising sales to exceed targets.
You will also be responsible for delivering outstanding personal customer service, motivating and developing the store team to provide exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment through effective merchandising and housekeeping practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* To effectively manage the store in the Store Manager's absence
* To deliver outstanding personal customer service and motivate the store team to do the same
* To maintain the highest possible standards of merchandising, housekeeping, and general store appearance
* To contribute to achieving sales targets and exceeding them when possible
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or similar role
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
* Ability to motivate and develop a team to achieve excellent customer service and sales results
Estimated Salary: £40,250 per annum (dependent on experience)
