We are seeking a dynamic and accomplished Business Development Director to lead the growth of our adult education, apprenticeships, higher education (HE), advanced learner loans, and commercial training. In this pivotal role, you will drive enrolment growth, influence curriculum planning, and lead high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong sales expertise, strategic thinking, and deep knowledge of funding rules and methodologies. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure sustainable growth and exceptional quality in our recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategies to grow adult education, apprenticeships, HE, advanced learner loans, and commercial training.
2. Lead recruitment teams to achieve enrolment targets through effective sales campaigns.
3. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including employers, to align curriculum with market needs.
4. Manage budgets, ensuring efficiency and meeting financial targets.
5. Inspire and develop high-performing teams to deliver excellence.

This role is permanent, full time.
