Estimating electrical & mechanical fit out, services.
* Engineering background considered a plus but transferable skills from other sectors makes this role a strong possibility, but the construction industry sector relates well to this opening.
* Good to better knowledge of electrical & mechanical systems include areas such as HVAC, UPS, Tx Generators, Switchgear, again a plus.
* Tender documents - identify risks & opportunity - experience of reading spec.
* Quotations
* Working as part of a team with design and the project team
Working with clients, subcontractors and suppliers to excel at pricing for this permanent position in Hereford.
