About the role
As an Optometrist with us you'll be providing excellent customer and patient care. Working alongside the Practice Manager, Optical Teams and Clinical Governance Optometrists, you’ll create a culture where everyone is passionate about doing the right thing.

What you’ll need to have
* Fully qualified / soon to be GOC registered Optometrist
* Additional registration with the relevant NHS body
* Fluent speaking English
* Passion for patient care

We are looking for a forward-thinking Optometrist to join our busy Centre of Expertise practice, Boots Opticians Fareham - Westbury Mall and also supporting our Portsmouth, Havant and Southampton stores on a Mobile basis.
We have a fantastic team of both clinical and retail, including our dedicated Contact Lens Optician and highly skilled Dispensing Opticians - the support on offer to you as the Optometrist is second to none.
We work with fantastic equipment including 3 Phoropters and OCT, the store boasts 4 testing rooms.
It is very accessible to park with all-day car parking within 5 minutes walk of the practice, as well as bus and train station. We benefit from being just a 5 minutes' walk to Watersedge often enjoyed by many colleagues on their lunch breaks.
