Day-to-day of the role: Develop and deliver high-quality, learner-focused education in English & Maths to meet contractual requirements and standards. Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the learning environment and achieve the best outcomes for all involved. Maintain compliance with policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and supportive setting for education. Required Skills & Qualifications: Full teaching qualification specifically at level 5 or above. Minimum Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy.
