Role Overview:
The International Recruitment Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies in priority regions, driving high-quality leads, and meeting enrolment targets. You will work alongside various teams, including digital marketing, academic departments, and admissions, to attract top international talent to Regent’s University. This role requires strong relationship-building, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop Multi-Channel Recruitment Plans: Create and execute digital and on/off-campus campaigns tailored to your territories, ensuring alignment with the University’s recruitment goals.
* Design and Implement Recruitment Events & Campaigns: Develop and manage recruitment events and campaigns, collaborating with the digital marketing team and academic stakeholders to achieve application and enrolment targets.
* Represent Regent’s University Globally: Act as an ambassador for Regent’s University at international recruitment events and within professional networks, promoting the University’s global profile.
* Relationship Building: Foster relationships with schools, colleges, agents, alumni, and other key regional stakeholders to generate high-quality leads and promote the University.
* Lead Recruitment Events & Activities: Plan and deliver recruitment events and initiatives, ensuring the highest standards of execution, on-budget delivery, and the achievement of predicted outcomes.
* Maximize Conversion Rates: Work closely with the Conversion Officer to implement activities that optimize conversion rates for applicants.
* Admissions Process Collaboration: Partner with the Admissions & CAS Manager to ensure smooth processing of applications, ensuring applicants meet course entry requirements.
* Ensure Professionalism & Integrity: Maintain the academic integrity of the University and uphold the highest standards of professionalism in all recruitment activities.
* Performance Review & Reporting: Evaluate recruitment activities to ensure value and return on investment. Report performance regularly to the Regional Enrolment Manager, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
* Target Management: Manage recruitment targets, take corrective actions when necessary, and submit reports on the performance of your territory to the Regional Enrolment Manager.
* Risk Management: Identify emerging risks that may impact recruitment objectives and work collaboratively with stakeholders to mitigate these risks.
* Collaboration & Teamwork: Build effective working relationships with internal teams, external clients, and third-party partners, supporting the University’s values of collaboration and excellence.
* Health & Safety and Equal Opportunities: Promote the University’s Health and Safety and Equal Opportunities policies, ensuring these are reflected in all recruitment activities.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in international student recruitment, ideally in higher education.
* Strong track record of designing and delivering successful recruitment campaigns and events.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, agencies, and other stakeholders.
* Experience working with digital marketing strategies to drive recruitment efforts.
* Knowledge of the admissions process and understanding of international qualifications.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
* Ability to analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
* A proactive, results-driven approach, with the ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
