Purpose Of The Role
* To provide administrative support to UK Cargo Team
* To promote a professional and positive image of Chapman Freeborn to clients and suppliers and other key stakeholders
Key Job Responsibilities
* Identify and record new enquiries and ensure these are being actioned (adding to the trackers, keeping spreadsheets, etc)
* Record and follow up on all open issues to monitor their progress
* Assisting with onboarding new clients and suppliers (KYC)
* Ensure invoices are raised with correct and accurate information and paid to a specified time scale
* Interact with key accounts and suppliers to help support the day-to-day operation of new and ongoing Charter Flights efforts
* Ensure all contracting agreements are accurate and legally compliant.
* Support to the Brokers for current/live flights
* Assistance with travel arrangements for the team as/when required
* Assisting the team with planning/management of Trade Shows
* Record all pertinent client and supplier project information on the company CRM system in a timely manner (and AC storage of AC documentation in Teams)
* Ensure all client and supplier data is kept up to date and is managed in a discreet and legally compliant manner
* Produce project reports (summaries, P+L) on specific flight missions as assigned by the manager
