Job Title: Call Centre Agent
Location: Exeter
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
* Make outbound calls to service users.
* Update an online shared booking file on SharePoint using Excel.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Administrative experience.
* Call handling experience.
Pay Rate:
* £11.65 p/h, weekly pay but work a week in hand.
Hours:
* 40 hours per week; the depot is open from 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday, so this can be flexible.
