About our client:
Our client is a fast-growing, data-driven digital marketing company specialising in customer engagement and retention strategies for online gaming brands. The team is dedicated to delivering high-quality marketing solutions, leveraging data, and optimising multi-channel campaigns to drive performance.
The Role:
As a CRM Executive, you will play a pivotal role in customer retention and lifecycle marketing, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for their users. You'll work on email, SMS, and push notification campaigns, utilising CRM tools to optimise performance and deliver data-driven marketing initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of experience in digital marketing and CRM, preferably in iGaming, gambling, or in a digital consumer brand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to retain and engage customers.
* Optimise customer lifecycle journeys by using data insights to drive performance.
* Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-impact campaigns.
* Monitor key CRM metrics, analyse campaign performance, and recommend improvements.
* Work with CRM tools and automation platforms to enhance marketing efficiency.
* Continuously test, analyse, and improve marketing strategies based on data.
What We’re Looking For:
* 1+ year of experience in digital marketing or CRM.
* Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing in the digital space.
* Hands-on experience with CRM tools and data analysis.
* Ability to work with multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, push).
* Analytical mindset – experience using data to optimise marketing performance.
* Strong time management and communication skills.
* A proactive self-starter with a keen eye for detail and innovation.
* iGaming/Gambling industry experience is a plus, but not essential.
