Membership Marketing Executive Salary Range: £26k - £28k Location: Hybrid – Swindon & Homeworking Job Type: Full-time Permanent My prestigious Swindon based client is looking for a Membership Marketing Executive to join their Membership and Supporter Growth team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about marketing and eager to advance their career in this field. You will work across all channels, supporting both the acquisition and retention teams in a varied, engaging, and enjoyable environment. Day-to-day of the role: Collaborate with the Membership Retention Marketing Manager, Membership Acquisition Marketing Manager, and Supporter Journey Manager to support the delivery of effective CRM campaign activities using our email broadcasting tool, DotDigital, and coordinating with printers for postal and printed communications. Assist in the production of mailing selections, proofing, and campaign results reporting across all membership and supporter campaigns. Work with the Members & Supporter Campaign Manager to collate content from various partner attractions for the website and Members’ handbook. Liaise closely with the Contact Centre and Customer Experience teams, briefing them on campaign and promotional activities. Update online content related to membership and supporter campaigns using the CMS platform. Provide stock management support in collaboration with the Brand & Marketing team, onsite sales manager, and warehouse. Offer operational support to the Membership & Supporter Growth team, including meeting and travel booking, as well as day-to-day administration and coordination assistance. Required Skills & Qualifications: Good general understanding of marketing principles and practices. Experience with CMS and email broadcasting tools, and marketing system administration. Consumer marketing communications experience. Competence with Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent project management skills, capable of coordinating multiple projects and working under pressure to meet deadlines. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven relationship skills, including stakeholder management. Enthusiastic and positive approach to work, with a keenness for learning. Adaptable and flexible; able to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Interested?
