Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Dental Practice Call Centre Customer Service Advisor / Receptionist.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Answering inbound calls and making outbound follow-up calls.
2. Answering customer questions and providing high levels of customer service.
3. Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and requests with agility, aiming to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
4. Maintain meticulous records of patient interactions and transactions, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
5. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies when interacting with patients.
6. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
7. Be well-versed in our company's products and services.
8. Handle various patient requests, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
9. Keep your knowledge up-to-date regarding our company's products, services, and policies.
Requirements:
* Previous customer service experience (essential).
* Excellent timekeeping and punctuality (essential).
* Excellent communication skills (essential).
* Professional telephone manner (essential).
* Call centre experience (useful).
Key Skills:

Hours: Minimum 32 to 39, Monday to Thursday 8.30 to 6, Fridays 8.30 to 5.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.00-£14.50 per hour
