JOB PURPOSE The responsibilities of the job are - Maximizing the Non-Regulated Revenue by monetizing Land and Space available at IGIA, in line with Strategic Objectives. Facilitating Airport Aeronautical Infrastructure growth in line with Master Plan and OMDA by necessary Relocation to facilitate Development of Assets. Addressing Regulatory, Property Tax and Land Litigation matters in the interest of DIAL. The above responsibilities are supporting the operations of the Airlines at IGIA and also supporting DIAL in operation, management and development of IGIA. ORGANISATION CHART Accountabilities KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Key Performance Indicators Monetization of Land, Hangar & Space for Maximization of Non-Regulated Revenue Identification & implementation of new revenue generation opportunities. Formulating SoP. Revenue generated in Crores Support land monetization projects by other team members. Facilitating Aeronautical Infrastructure growth in line with Master Plan and OMDA by relocation to facilitate development of assets. a) Issues resolved & support extended for development of alternate facilities as per schedule. Timely vacation of areas by stakeholders to ensure smooth completion of planned Airport Development. Support T1 International Terminal & T4 developments projects. Strategizing and Resolving Land matters with Airports Authority of India /Regulatory /Government Authorities. Settlement of pending land matters with AAI Resolving land & space matters with Govt. Authorities Resolving property tax matter with DCB. AIESL, AIAHL, Alliance Air, Air India & AISATS – Resolving matters / vacation of areas / action to protect DIAL’s interest at the time of disinvestment, if any. Development of alternate hangar & vacation of 3 hangars at T1. Take appropriate actions to protect DIAL’s interests at the time of disinvestment of AIESL & Alliance Air. Adherence to agreement terms with AIESL, AIAHL, Alliance Air. Sign off of agreements with AI & AISATS Contract Management. Availability of valid agreements for all Land, Hangar and Space allotments. SLA management. Stakeholder Management. a) Issues resolved and support extended to stakeholders. Team Development a) Training needs identified & implemented. Functional support extended in achieving the tasks assigned to each team member.
