Working across the Surrey Heartlands Integrated Care Board (ICB) and Integrated Care System (ICS) area, the post holder is responsible for supporting the effective delivery of the Surrey Heartlands ICB annual IG Improvement & Work Programme(s), which details the activity required to demonstrate continual improvement with respect to compliance with the requirements of data protection legislation and the NHS Data Security & Protection Toolkit. The role will support effective partnership working and delivery of integrated care activities at scale within the Surrey Heartlands ICS Partnership area and at place (e.g., within Provider Led Partnerships and Primary Care Networks (PCN)). The post holder will support the effective and compliant delivery of Surrey-wide lead roles and Integrated Teams which require the processing of confidential identifiable patient data (including Continuing Health Care and also Safeguarding of both Adults and Children) and therefore the post- holder will be required to provide advice, guidance, and support to ICS teams regarding the mapping of data flows for their activity and the legal basis for processing persona data.
