Project Manager / Project Engineer / Electrical Project Engineer required to join a leading global manufacturer of electro-mechanical rotating equipment / machinery.
The Project Manager / Project Engineer / Electrical Project Engineer will lead and manage projects both onshore and offshore for electro-mechanical rotating machinery including electric motors, electric generators, gearboxes, pumps, and similar.
The Project Manager / Project Engineer / Operations Manager will have a proven track record managing projects in both onshore and offshore environments for electrical engineering products and services. Industrial Electrical equipment experience is advantageous, i.e., Electric Motors, Electric Generators.

Project Manager / Project Engineer / Electrical Project Engineer role:
1. Lead and manage projects both onshore and offshore for electro-mechanical rotating machinery including electric motors, electric generators, gearboxes, pumps, and similar.
2. Oversee project P&L, budget, and cash flow, ensuring financial targets and forecasts are met.
3. Ensure strict adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards throughout project execution.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, generating new business opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction.
5. Coach and develop workforce members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
6. Work from the office in Aberdeen.
Project Manager / Project Engineer / Electrical Project Engineer requirements:
1. Proven track record managing projects in both onshore and offshore for industrial electrical equipment / systems.
2. Experience with electric motors and electric generators is required.
3. Experience as project manager, project engineer, lead project engineer, operations manager or similar within an industrial electrical engineering environment.
4. Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills, with the ability to hold people accountable.
5. A technical electrical Engineering qualification would be advantageous.
6. Must be commutable to Aberdeen OR willing to relocate to Aberdeen for the role.
