What your days will look like: You will play a pivotal role in expanding transformation and managed services across Policing and the Home Office. Your days will involve engaging with senior leaders, providing strategic insights, and leading project delivery. As a key player in the police reform agenda, you'll contribute to multi-year, multi-million-pound initiatives. This role is for you if: You have extensive experience in leading strategic transformations within government or public services, particularly in the Home Office, Policing, and Justice sectors. Experience of operating model design and implementation / transformation programme management / transformation communications and engagement / change and adoption management. Lead on project proposals and developing new business opportunities You possess strong relationship-building skills and can engage and influence senior leaders to drive meaningful change. You excel at using data and technology to deliver operational insights and strategic solutions. You are passionate about facilitating police reform and advancing justice initiatives that create measurable client value. You thrive in collaborative environments, adept at leading and inspiring multidisciplinary teams through complex projects.
