We're looking for qualified individuals to join the team at our monitoring centre in Havant, Hampshire. The Role: CCTV Operator -Alarm Receiving Operator As an Alarm Receiving Operator you will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls to the alarm receiving centre, monitoring customer alarms, CCTV and communicating with customer key contacts regarding their alarms. Key Responsibilities: CCTV Operator - Alarm Receiving Operator Alarm handling and CCTV Operating on our bespoke software PC data entry and basic administration duties Edit and handle customer records Follow procedures methodically and upholding excellent standards Deal with customer requests via telephone and email in a professional nature Monitor all systems within the control room in an efficient manner, ensuring that all work is undertaken in compliance with the operating procedures, legislation, and the codes of practice. Liaise with Police, other agencies, and designated employees to coordinate the appropriate emergency response by risk assessment and adherence to company procedures. Provide routine system support to all clients i.e. system testing, administering alarm configurations Participate in departmental administrative duties when needed Report all events and actions taken in a clear, legible, and accurate written format.
