Based within a plumbing and heating company who work on many new build housing sites across the East Midlands, You will be a great organiser and administrator who enjoys problem solving, as well as multi-tasking. This is not an entry level position, it requires hands on experience, every day will be different and working within a small company, you need to be flexible and happy to get involved in many areas of the business.
Operational/Office Duties:
* Producing, implementing and maintaining systems processes and procedures
* Setting up the paperwork for new sites
* Analyse monthly site by site profitability
Accounts Duties:
* Using Sage Cloud Accounts and Payroll
* Bank Reconciliation
* Sales Invoices
* Purchase Invoices
* VAT Returns
* CIS Returns
* Credit Control
* Expenses
* Cash Flow Forecasting
* Analysis Reporting
* Depreciation Journal
Skills Required:
* At least two years’ experience using Sage
* Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
* Ability to multitask and problem solve
* Enthusiastic and positive approach
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
