REF 0031 - NURSING HOME MANAGER - ROMSEY AREA
Salary: £65 - 70K Base Salary + Bonus
Overview: Forest Care Selection are currently working with an innovative provider with operations across the South. This provider is seeking a Home Manager for their well-established and Good rated home set in large, picturesque grounds in the Romsey area.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the home's continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
2. Lead an established staff team ensuring they are effectively trained and motivated to deliver the very highest standards of care.
3. Ensure the home and staff provide the best levels of service to residents and families.
4. Oversee occupancy levels and be responsible for the budget management of the home.
5. Ensure robust audit and governance processes are in place.
Requirements:
1. Experience of leading care and/or nursing home settings to Good outcomes with CQC.
2. Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent leadership qualification.
3. Effective communication and IT skills.
4. Experience of developing large care and nursing home settings and holding registration.
