Join our Regional Civils team as a Site Agent on our South Wokingham Distributor Road Project where you’ll be part of it. As a Site Agent you will provide management and leadership to a a multi-disciplinary team comprising of Sub Agents, Section Engineers, Site Engineers. What you'll be doing As a Site Agent you will: Reporting to the Project Manager you will Set targets and KPI’s in line with Project / Business objectives and monitors performance of the Engineering team Carry out periodic Safety & Environment Tours as required by the Project H&S Plan Lead / Review Accident / Incident Investigations. Reviews and appraises findings and leads / directs the appropriate action arising Leads periodic risk reviews and takes output forward to the Project Risk Register Monitors effectiveness of the H & S Management System Keeps up to date with changes in legislation and cascades information to the team Ensure that sufficient resources are allocated to the Works Section and that each has an appropriate level of ability Identify and arranges training as required Set targets and KPI’s in line with Project objectives and monitors performance Ensure site audits are undertaken and takes appropriate action on the findings Appraise improvement options and leads / instigates actions as appropriate Implement systems and processes to manage the quality of the constructive works. Who we're looking for You will have the following: BSc/HNC Civil Engineering or other relevant qualification Experience of working on a Civil Engineering Project Experience of working on NEC forms of contract CSCS Valid Ticket Main Contracting/Highways experience An Engineering background.
