Our client, based in Halesowen, is currently recruiting for an Onboarding Coordinator on a permanent basis. The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis, offering one day a week in office and four days working from home. The salary for this role is £25,000. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in the sector; however this requirement can be flexible. Duties will include (but not limited to): Guiding and advising line managers with the on-boarding process Ensuring correct compliance processes are carried out on all new starters, including references, right to work, qualifications and DBS checks Arranging inductions for new starters Updating and maintaining the HR database, recruitment and candidate tracking systems Answering queries from both email and over the phone in regards to the on boarding of staff Supporting the compliance team by carrying out general administration duties such as photocopying and printing Skills, knowledge and expertise required: Knowledge of employment law Attention to detail Organised and able to prioritise workload Working hours : 37 hours per week Monday - Friday 9am-5pm Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
