We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects from inception to completion in Edinburgh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget., Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from inception to completion, while adhering to budgetary and timeline constraints.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and expectations.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to optimize project outcomes.
- Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and innovation on-site, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Manage and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional development.
- Cultivate strong client relationships, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
Experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of managing projects valued at £40m or more
- Degree or trade background preferred
- Resides in or around the Edinburgh
- Holds SMSTS and CSCS cards, Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field or a Trade Background
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence others.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
