We are seeking a Maintenance & Installations Manager to oversee property maintenance and refurbishment projects across multiple sites, ensuring high standards of service delivery and team management.
The Role
As a Maintenance & Installations Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of property maintenance and installations. You will oversee the property team, manage projects from planning to execution, and ensure the efficient and high-quality completion of all maintenance and refurbishment works.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all property maintenance within London properties and sites, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
* Allocate and supervise maintenance and mechanical works, ensuring timely and satisfactory completion by the team.
* Manage property refurbishment and building projects from planning to execution.
* Handle supplier management, including raising, logging, and approving purchase orders and invoices.
* Authorise and oversee work within budget, ensuring all invoices are correct.
* Manage preventive maintenance schedules and attend to reactive maintenance needs.
* Lead and manage the Property team, including appraisals, development, and training.
* Maintain health and safety records and ensure compliance with regulations.
* Develop and oversee the implementation of a maintenance strategy.
* Regularly liaise with the General Manager and Client Directors to keep them informed of ongoing works.
* Assist with team projects and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a professional with:
* Experience in building maintenance, mechanical/heating, ventilation, and electrical systems (Essential).
* City & Guilds or equivalent qualifications (Essential).
* Knowledge of building codes, rules, and regulations (Essential).
* Experience with property maintenance systems (Essential).
* Proven managerial experience, especially in handling large teams (Essential).
* Experience in residential property management and working with high-profile clients (Essential).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Full UK Driving License (Essential).
