ABOUT THE ROLE
About the role:
The successful Project Manager will take on responsibility for numerous projects and work closely with the project teams throughout pre construction and delivery. You will be responsible for projects varying in value.
The company has seen significant growth over the last year through their current client base and have an extensive pipeline of work, especially in Heritage, Hotels and Residential work.
Your role will include management of the surveying team, profit & loss reporting, reporting into the accounts division, full responsibility for all procurement and risk management.
The role would ideally suit a Project Manager with a proven track record in similar sectors of industry, but capable of commercial management. You will be responsible for maintaining established profit margins and improve wherever possible the company’s profits and ensure that all commercial project team members work in line with this.
The successful Project Manager will have every opportunity to progress to a more senior role within the company should they desire.
REQUIREMENTS
About the requirements:
1. The successful Project Manager needs to have experience of managing a range of projects.
2. A balance of working on new build and refurbishment would be ideal.
3. Exceptional client facing skills are prerequisite as is the ability to manage projects ranging in value.
4. Experience working in a UK Construction Consultancy
