Located in Teddington, Greater London, TW11 8HG. We’re seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our team. The position requires at least 1-2 years experience working in a kitchen using fresh ingredients.
Our ideal candidate has:
1. Previous experience as a Demi or Chef de Partie in a high volume operation.
2. Strong culinary skills and a love of great food.
3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, friendly productive environment.
4. Very high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
5. Leadership ability, we need people who our junior chefs will look up to and that want to progress.
6. Eagerness and willingness to learn and develop.
7. Experience in a Fine Dining kitchen is advantageous.
8. Ability to produce dishes to a high standard.
9. Passionate and ambitious to learn.
10. To be able to run a section within the kitchen by themselves during a busy service.
