Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate records of sales activities.
2. Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
3. Prepare sales reports and presentations to provide insights into performance metrics and trends.
4. Liaise with other departments such as marketing and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
5. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing exceptional service to enhance client satisfaction.
6. Maintain an up-to-date database of leads and prospects, tracking interactions and follow-ups effectively.
7. Support the development of sales strategies by conducting market research and competitor analysis.
Skills and Experience Required:
1. Previous experience in a sales support role is advantageous.
2. Experience in water treatment, chemical, manufacturing or process industries.
3. Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
6. Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
7. A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to think critically.
