This is an opportunity to make a significant impact, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to align our systems with the organisation's strategy and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
You will have the expertise and leadership to support a wide range of CRM and business systems projects. Your key responsibilities would include:

* Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and deliver meaningful solutions.
* Develop process maps, streamline workflows, and implement automation to enhance overall operational efficiency.
* Leverage AI tools and data-driven insights to deliver impactful technological improvements.
2. Project Management
* Deliver structured programmes of work, managing multiple CRM-related projects from initiation to completion.
* Engage with both internal teams and external vendors, ensuring timely delivery of system enhancements aligned with business objectives.
3. Training & User Adoption
* Empower the team to make the most of our CRM (IMIS) via training programmes, user guides, and best practice documentation.
* Act as a go-to resource for technical user support, driving system adoption and ensuring consistently effective use of tools.
4. Governance
* Set up governance frameworks to oversee the IT systems, with policies to ensure consistency and compliance.
* Maintain system performance, addressing inefficiencies whilst aligning CRM governance with organisational goals.
5. Data-Driven Insights
* Manage and enhance our data strategy, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and usability.
* Develop reporting tools and dashboards that help identify member engagement trends and drive strategic decisions.
What You’ll Bring
We’re searching for a detail-oriented and technically skilled individual with a proven ability to align business systems with organisational goals.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field.
* Experience with CRM platforms, ideally IMIS, and familiarity with other business systems (CMS, LMS, etc.).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for driving impactful solutions.
* Expertise in business analysis, including process mapping, requirements gathering, and translating technical concepts into user-friendly guidance.
* Proven success in project management for CRM or system enhancements.
* Knowledge of data management, system integration, automation processes, and AI technology.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at different levels.
What We Offer
By joining the GAI, you’ll become part of a forward-thinking organisation dedicated to innovation and excellence. We offer a challenging, collaborative environment where your contributions will make a tangible difference. This is a hybrid role, offering flexible working arrangements to promote work-life balance whilst ensuring meaningful collaboration within the team.
