Senior Policy and Regulatory Affairs Officer
Join our journey as Senior Policy & Regulatory Affairs Officer
In a world grappling with the challenges of climate change, Sunamp is on a transformative mission. Our goal? To revolutionise how we generate, store, and use heat in our homes and businesses. At the heart of this is our pioneering heat battery technology—an innovative solution that enables the decarbonisation of domestic heating and plays a crucial role in creating a more flexible, resilient energy system.
As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Senior Policy & Regulatory Affairs Officer to drive policy change and regulatory recognition for heat batteries and smart thermal storage. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of sustainable heating by influencing government policy, industry standards, and regulatory frameworks.
The opportunity
This role will be central to ensuring that Sunamp’s technology is recognised and supported within key policy mechanisms, low-carbon heating subsidies, and building regulations. You will work strategically to advocate for necessary policy shifts while also diving into the details - navigating complex regulatory conditions to deliver tangible progress.
You will engage directly with government departments, industry bodies, and trade associations to ensure that our heat batteries are positioned at the forefront of the Net Zero transition.
Whether leading Sunamp’s contributions to regulatory consultations, shaping public affairs strategies, or representing the company at key industry events, your work will have a significant and lasting impact on both Sunamp and the broader energy sector.
If you have a passion for influencing policy and regulatory change to accelerate the clean energy transition, we want to hear from you. Join Sunamp and be part of lasting change!
