We are now seeking a Helpdesk Operator to join our team at i2020 in Belfast.
What you’ll do :
* Respond quickly and efficiently to incoming telephone and email messages in with client service level agreement
* Maintain a high level of accuracy when obtaining and imputing information.
* Accurately record details of the caller, problem, and severity, and ensure that the maintenance team is aware of situations that could develop into serious issues.
* To achieve a high degree of customer and client satisfaction.
* Follow and ensure compliance aligned with Sodexo processes and procedures.
What you bring:
* Competent use of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Experience of providing helpdesk or call centre service, developing productive working relationships with customers and suppliers
* Proven experience in managing supply chain/contractor performance
* Experienced in the use of CAFM/CMMS systems
