Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Liaison Officer to serve as a vital link between our organisation and our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a keen understanding of customer relations. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, in particular Excel. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met. Analyse customer credit reports, ensuring payments are received promptly. Collaborate with sales representatives to control debt management ensuring customers are providing payments on schedule. Facilitate online communication with customers to ensure optimum service is provided. Prepare customer debt and online sales reports for management review. Qualifications Proven experience in a liaison or similar role, preferably within a sales environment. Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office, significantly Excel is require. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
