Job Description
InterQuest are supporting a well-established International bank offering savings, payments, lending, insurance and many more products. The candidate will be an experienced Fraud Strategy Manager with a background in Payment fraud management and strategy implementation and optimisation.
Position Overview
* Design, implement, and enhance strategies to combat payment fraud within the organisation.
* Focus on maximizing fraud detection rates while minimizing instances of false positives.
* Improve fraud prevention measures across various payment channels, including eBanking, mobile apps, debit cards, and credit cards.
* Create and maintain a comprehensive reporting suite to address internal fraud monitoring and comply with external regulatory reporting requirements.
* Utilise a variety of analytical and visualization tools and techniques.
* Work closely with Business and IT teams to ensure that strategic proposals and priorities are effectively aligned and executed in a timely manner.
* Stay updated on emerging fraud patterns, attacks, and data breaches, and communicate relevant insights to the team and stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
1. Significant experience in managing payment fraud and optimising fraud strategies.
