Responsibilities:
1. Drive revenue growth within your sales area aligned to the business targets
2. Manage opportunity progressions to the point of close
3. Lead on tender requirements specific to your sales area
4. Provide in person and virtual demonstrations of the Kingsway portfolio
5. Maintain a high level of account management across your sales area
6. Establish and maintain good relationships with all key stakeholders:
1. Clinical / End users
2. Architects
3. Contractors
7. Provide best in class customer service aligned with the company strategy
8. Work collaboratively with internal departments to deliver efficiently with:
1. Project Managers
2. Production
3. Pre-Construction
9. Provide training to end users on the Kingsway product portfolio
Tasks:
1. Maintain an accurate representation on all activities and opportunities on Salesforce (CRM)
2. Cover the full geography of your sales area to meet and exceed customer requirements
3. Attend internal meetings as and when required
4. Complete relevant reporting requirements
5. Be expected to frequently enter mental health and custodial/prison environments
6. Attend industry exhibitions and represent Kingsway
Requirements:
1. Proven & consistent track record in achieving and exceeding targets
2. Minimum of 2 years sales experience
3. Skilled in pipeline management and forecasting
4. Skilled in customer negotiations
5. Medical Device/Healthcare industry experience preferred
6. Professional communication skills
7. High level of presenting skills
8. Competent in using Microsoft apps:
1. Powerpoint
2. Excel
3. Word
9. Experience using Salesforce
10. Full Driving Licence with no more than 3pts
