Department: Retail
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for achieving personal and store sales goals, coaching and leading the team to deliver elevated Customer Experience, both in store and virtually, and handling daily challenges with Speed, Energy and Optimism.
Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. People:
o Inspire, lead and coach the store team to create a culture of performance delivery and accountability.
o Support the Management Team in training and developing the store team as well as onboarding new joiners.
o Provide feedback to support Management Team in evaluating and boosting performance of each Jet Set Ambassador.
o Ensure image and grooming standards are aligned with brand policy.
o Practice and role model the company behaviors, ensuring effective use of the behavior tool kit.
2. Service:
o Lead the team of Jet Set Ambassadors to ensure they are prioritizing exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business both in store and through Virtual Shopping.
o Ensure Jet Set Ambassadors maintain client communication through utilizing all available tools and a variety of channels.
o Proactively manage client database and utilize information to increase sales.
3. Sales:
o Maintain floor presence and lead by example through elevated customer experience and Service Leading.
o Provide coaching and support to assist Jet Set Ambassadors in resolving customer service issues, empowering the teams to make decisions in the customer’s best interest.
o Meet and exceed sales goals holding self and team accountable for the results.
o Analyze reports, and develop action plans to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
o Track and communicate business results and opportunities, driving sales and product knowledge.
o Ensure sales and unit goals and all relevant KPIs are set for Jet Set Ambassadors and communicated effectively.
