Job summary Do you have experience working for 111 as a Health Advisor? Are you fully Pathways trained? Practice Plus Group are looking for Pathways Accredited 111 Health Advisors to join our new NHS 111 call centre in Stockton-on-Tees. What you will get: £12.11 per hour (7am-11pm) and £15.05 per hour (11pm-7am), with further pay enhancements of £15.58 per hour when working between Friday 18:00 to Monday 7:00am. Please note that the weekend rate is guaranteed but it is not contractual, it is just an incentive for working unsociable hours. 33 days annual leave, increasing with service up to 36 days per year, including bank holidays. Main duties of the job As an innovative, award winning provider, with arating of outstanding with the CQCwe are in a period of significant and exciting growth to expand our network. You will have to attend our bespoke training course for Adastra week which runs for 1 week Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. After this you will have to complete your coaching with us before you are signed off to go live on the phones. Upcoming bespoke training courses: 31st March 7th April What will you be doing: As a Health Advisor, no day is the same. You must be fully trained on the NHS pathways system to assess patients over the phone and direct them to the most appropriate care. Although these are not emergency calls, you will also need to be prepared to deal with emotional, distressing or life-threatening scenarios and to arrange for 999 services if required. You will receive full support from your team and managers.
