About the Role ...
As an Offender Health Physiotherapist, you will be required to undertake the advanced assessment and treatment of patients within the offender healthcare setting who may have complex and/or chronic presentation, and to determine clinical diagnosis and clinical treatment indicated, and to maintain records as an autonomous practitioner.
This is part time role, 2 sessions per month. 1 at The Bracton Centre, Dartford and the 1 at Memorial Hospital, London.
Your Day to Day ...
1. To manage own clinical caseload
2. To develop current and expand new business opportunities
3. To maintain professional standards
4. To comply with all PPH standards, policies and procedures.
5. To work within and provide information for contract specific KPIs
6. Managing the delivery of an offender health physiotherapy service
7. Liaise regularly with PPH SMT
8. Maintaining a clinical list, possibly across multiple locations
9. Predominantly offender health patients, but may also include private/staff member patients
10. Maintaining clinical governance standards throughout clinical locations
11. Take responsibility for risk management
12. Report clinical incidents, complaints...
