About the Role We will look to you to oversee and monitor the Constructor partners on-site performance, ensuring that contracts are completed on time, on budget, scope and to specified standards, taking positive action where necessary. You will carry out site inspections during works in progress, and completion of works, ensuring that specified standards and quality are maintained. While you will be involved in a wide variety of projects in your role, you will have a particular focus on either roofing works or doors and windows project streams and as such any experience in those specific areas would be particularly beneficial. About You The ideal candidate will have Experience of, and ability to undertake property surveys, identifying defects, reporting writing and recommending appropriate remedial action. Thorough knowledge of methods of building construction and building maintenance principals. Experience of, and the ability to monitor and oversee contractors and subcontractors throughout all stages of site preparation, execution and monitoring, completion, and handover. Experience and ability of dealing with residents and with stakeholder groups. Building construction qualification/Vocational Qualification minimum (NVQ) level 3 or substantial equivalent experience/track record of success.
