About You: You're a passionate, results-driven sales professional who thrives on building strong connections and exceeding targets. You have a natural talent for understanding clients’ needs and translating them into effective solutions. You’re proactive, resilient, and embrace the challenge of a fast-paced environment. Your exceptional communication skills and sales expertise are backed by a love for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve all sales targets set within the group of assigned events.
2. Account manage clients to sell products from across the business where relevant.
3. Effectively manage all elements of the sales and CRM processes.
4. Maintain required overall yield.
5. Attend industry events to meet, network, and discover new and existing clients.
6. Responsible for any assigned media targets within the portfolio.
7. Build key client rapport, deliver on expectations, and secure 40% rebook for each event.
8. Report on event diversification, developments, and other opportunities to expand your event group moving forwards.
9. Manage all pre-event activity and sales processes.
10. Recommend media partners & speakers.
11. Attend and deliver successful live events.
Skills & Experience:
1. Minimum 2 years sales experience.
2. Key team player.
3. Experience in account management.
4. Proven track record of creating new business.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary: Up to £30K plus uncapped commission.
