People Operations Generalist

What You’ll Do:
* Be the People & Culture point of contact for employees and managers, providing expert support on all People-related queries (contracts, policies, benefits, etc.).
* Shape the future of our people processes by assisting with the development, update, and enhancement of SharePoint, policies, procedures and systems, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practice.
* Assist with payroll preparation and keep employee records accurate and up to date, while adhering to HRIS systems and confidentiality procedures.
* Prepare people related reports for People & Culture Business Partners.
* Collaborate with a talented team, actively contributing to People projects and ad-hoc initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
* Support seamless onboarding by ensuring all new hire documentation and data is entered accurately in our HRIS, ensuring compliance with all necessary regulatory policies.
What We’re Looking For:
* 1 - 2 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or related roles.
* Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field.
* A customer-focused mindset, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly organised and self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and an agile mindset.
* An eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all HR processes and documentation.
* Strong administrative skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
* A passion for confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
A problem-solver with a process-driven and results-oriented approach.
