Your Key Responsibilities Will Include: Delivering an exceptional customer experience – You’ll embody the JEWELLS philosophy, providing world-class service and personalised recommendations that leave a lasting impression. Support store goals – You’ll work closely with your fellow team and Management to contribute to overall success, meeting individual and team KPI targets while delivering outstanding results. Stock protection and jewellery care – You’ll take responsibility for ensuring security protocols are followed to prevent theft and stock loss. You’ll conduct inventory checks, flag discrepancies and educate our customers on jewellery care to prevent damage or returns. Clientele and brand ambassador – You’ll build strong, lasting relationships with customers, ensuring they return to Jewells for every special moment. You’ll be an advocate for customer-first service and create an unforgettable luxury experience. Stay ahead of fashion and jewellery trends – You’ll have a keen eye for what’s in style and help customers find the perfect piece to match their look, occasion, or mood. Develop your skills – Whether it’s learning fine jewellery welding (we’ll train you), improving product knowledge, or refining your sales techniques, you’re always looking to grow. Ensure a beautifully presented store – You’ll assist with product displays, maintain an organised shop floor, and ensure all merchandise is perfectly presented to reflect our luxury standards.
