We are on the look out for a People Business Partner to work closely with key stakeholders and the wider People Team to develop, shape and deliver people plans and solutions for our Risk & Compliance business area. What will I be doing as a People Business Partner? Managing all People related activity within our Risk & Compliance division (Tersus Consultancy) Build key strategic stakeholder relationships at exec and senior leader level Work with relevant stakeholders to develop strategic people management plan, including talent and succession planning, building capability, and driving performance Work with our Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure vacancies are qualified, in budget and a strategy has been developed for candidate attraction / selection Develop the reporting, display and monitoring of people based KPI’s for key stakeholders, including absence analysis, return to work interviews, labour attrition etc Ensure managers are trained and coached in all aspects of their approach to people management, compliance, and development practices, working with our other Business Partners and wider colleagues to ensure a cohesive and consistent approach Support driving and delivering our equality, diversity and Inclusion goals There are masses of scope, and we think it will really suit a passionate and commercially focused People Business Partner, with some previous experience (not essential) overseeing an asbestos/environmental services division.
